Mobile MedMassage provides restorative wellness experiences designed to support relaxation, mobility, and overall well-being. Every experience is gentle, intentional, and professional, with techniques selected to meet each guest where they are.
Do you provide medical treatment?
No. Mobile MedMassage provides restorative wellness experiences and does not diagnose, prescribe, or provide medical treatment.
Are sessions fully clothed?
Yes. Every session is seated and fully clothed. We use no oils, lotions, or creams, and guests can stop at any point.
How long is a session?
Each guest session is five minutes — brief enough to fit into the workday. A Healthy Hour™ event runs two hours, professionally managed from arrival through departure.
What do we need to provide?
A welcoming indoor space where guests can gather comfortably, and access to power. We bring the licensed therapists, chairs, equipment, scheduling, and guest flow. We'll confirm what works best for your location on your discovery call.
How do we book an experience?
Choose Become a Partner. We'll confirm your date, your space, and your expected guest count, then handle planning, scheduling, setup, and guest flow from there. On the day, guests complete a one-minute digital check-in on their own phone. Our live queue texts them when their turn is close, so no one stands in line and nothing is asked of your team.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend reaching out six weeks ahead for a specific date. We'll do our best to accommodate shorter timelines when our schedule allows.
What do we receive afterwards?
A written recap within 48 hours — guests served, sessions delivered, and how participation compared to your expected headcount. A simple record you can share with leadership or use to plan the next one.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Every therapist on our team is licensed, and Mobile MedMassage carries professional and general liability coverage. A certificate of insurance is available on request, and we can name your organization or venue as an additional insured when your facility requires it.
Can we host this if our profession has gifting or entertainment rules?
Yes, and many of our hosts do. Hosts and sponsors are responsible for compliance with the advertising, gifting, or client-entertainment rules applicable to their profession, and we're glad to provide whatever documentation your compliance team needs.
