Our Story.
Mobile MedMassage began with our founder, Kara Ashley, a witness to five decades of chronic pain, caregiving, diagnoses, treatments and grief. Some days, a simple touch was too much. Other days, it was the only comfort that reached. That taught Kara what our whole team practices today: touch is offered, never assumed.
Alongside it ran three decades in financial services, supporting the advisors who guide people through retirement. She learned how much trust matters when people face hard decisions. And living with chronic pain herself, she knows firsthand why gentler touch matters.
That experience shaped who we serve: people who would never book a massage for themselves. It also shaped who we are. Our therapists and the people behind every step work to one standard: would you have wanted this for your own parents?
So the touch is light, never forceful. Sessions are fully clothed, and you can pause at any point. We began in Cave Creek, Arizona. Today we serve individuals and families across Scottsdale and Phoenix.
