Terms of Service.

These terms cover your use of mobilemedmassage.net and the restorative wellness services Mobile MedMassage PLLC provides. By using this site, submitting a form, or booking a session or event with us, you agree to them.

1 · Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and Mobile MedMassage PLLC, 33575 N Dove Lakes Dr, Unit 2004, Cave Creek, AZ 85331. If you are booking on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" means both you and the organization.

2 · What we provide

• Healthy Hour™ — a fully hosted two-hour chair massage experience at your location. Sessions are approximately five minutes each, seated and fully clothed, with no oils, lotions, or creams. One licensed therapist serves about sixteen guests in two hours.
• Mobile Wellness Suite — private 60- or 90-minute sessions by appointment in our ADA-accessible mobile suite, provided fully clothed.
• Professional Partnerships — recurring or sponsored Healthy Hour™ programming for organizations and communities.

We serve individuals, families, active seniors, senior living communities, organizations, and neighborhoods throughout Scottsdale, Cave Creek, and Carefree, Arizona. We do not currently serve memory care.

3 · Scope of service — please read

Our services are for relaxation, comfort, and general well-being. They are not medical care, physical therapy, chiropractic care, or mental health treatment. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe anything, or promise any medical or therapeutic result. Any information on this website is general and is not advice about your particular situation.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from surgery or injury, or are under the care of a physician, please consult your provider before booking, and tell us anything we should plan around. Never delay seeking medical advice because of something you read here or something a therapist said during a session.

All therapists providing services are licensed in Arizona. Mobile MedMassage PLLC carries professional and general liability coverage; a certificate is available on request, and we can name your organization or venue as an additional insured when your facility requires it.

4 · Booking, intake, and consent

• Mobile Wellness Suite sessions are by appointment and generally require forty-eight hours notice, so we can reserve the right therapist and the right amount of time for you.
• Every Suite booking begins with a short discovery call. Cancellation, rescheduling, and payment terms for your booking are confirmed with you at the time it is scheduled.
• An intake is sent by text approximately twenty-four hours before a Suite appointment. Healthy Hour™ guests complete a brief intake and release by QR code at check-in.
• You agree that the information you give us on intake is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that you will tell your therapist about anything that changes.
• Guests under 18 are served only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must complete the intake and consents and remain present for the session.
• You may stop any session at any point, for any reason, without explanation.

5 · What we need from you

For Mobile Wellness Suite visits

• Somewhere to park. The Suite parks on private property — a driveway, a private drive, or a designated space at your community. Small inclines are fine. You are responsible for confirming that you may lawfully have the Suite parked where you have asked us to park it, including any approval required by an HOA, landlord, or managed community.
• Reasonable access. A safe, unobstructed path between your door and the Suite.
• Nothing else. The Suite is self-contained and needs no power or water from your home.

For Healthy Hour™ events

• A welcoming indoor space where guests can gather comfortably, and access to power.
• Confirmation of your expected guest count in advance, so we can staff accordingly.
• Any venue access, security, insurance, or vendor requirements communicated to us before the event date.

Hosts and sponsors are responsible for compliance with any advertising, gifting, or client-entertainment rules that apply to their profession or organization. We are glad to provide documentation your compliance team needs.

6 · Payment

Pricing is quoted to your booking and confirmed before service is provided. Payment terms, deposits where applicable, and accepted payment methods are set out in your quote or confirmation. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.

7 · Conduct

Our therapists provide professional, non-sexual therapeutic services. Any request for, or conduct of, a sexual nature ends the session immediately, is non-refundable, and may be reported to law enforcement and to the Arizona State Board of Massage Therapy. We reserve the same right to end a session or event where a guest is intoxicated, threatening, or otherwise unsafe to serve. We treat every guest with dignity and we ask the same in return.

8 · Photography and media

We photograph or film at an event only when arranged with the host in advance. Guest consent is captured at check-in, and guests who decline are never photographed. Where consent is given, you grant Mobile MedMassage PLLC permission to use those images in our marketing. You may withdraw that permission at any time going forward by emailing [email protected].

9 · Text messages

If you consent, we send texts about your inquiry, scheduling, intake, reminders, arrival, and follow-up. Marketing texts require a separate, optional consent and are never a condition of booking. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle this information.

10 · Our content and marks

The text, images, design, and other content on this website belong to Mobile MedMassage PLLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, or use our content commercially without our written permission.

Healthy Hour™, ARRIVE™, RESET™, and RECONNECT™ are trademarks of Mobile MedMassage PLLC. "Care That Fits." is our tagline. Nothing on this site grants you a license to use them.

11 · Website use

You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, use it to send unsolicited communications, or submit false information through our forms. We may modify or discontinue any part of the site at any time. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we do not control them and are not responsible for them.

12 · Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these terms, this website and our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobile MedMassage PLLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular outcome will result from a session.

13 · Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, Mobile MedMassage PLLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of or relating to this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or bodily injury caused by our negligence to the extent applicable law prohibits limiting it.

14 · Assumption of risk and release

Bodywork involves physical contact. You acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily, that you have disclosed anything relevant on your intake, and that you will tell your therapist immediately if anything is uncomfortable. Separate written release and consent language is provided at intake or check-in and governs participation in a specific session or event; where it conflicts with these terms, the signed release controls for that session.

15 · Indemnity

If you are booking as a host, sponsor, or organization, you agree to indemnify and hold Mobile MedMassage PLLC harmless from claims arising out of your venue, your invitees, or your failure to obtain a permission or approval required for the event or for parking the Suite.

16 · Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing anything, please contact us — most things are resolved by a phone call.

17 · Changes

We may update these terms as our services or the law change. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site or book with us after a change means you accept the updated terms.
