A host opens their space for two hours. We bring the chairs, the refreshments, and the welcome. Around sixteen guests come through, five minutes each, seated and fully clothed.
Some are eager. Some have never had a massage and are not sure they want one. Some arrive with a nervous system that has been running hot for months. You give each of them your full attention, and then you go home.
The room is set before you arrive. Operations runs check-in, staging, and guest flow. Your work is the chair.
We run two Healthy Hours™ a day at two organizations inside the same territory. One therapist takes the morning block, 10:30a–1:30p; one takes the afternoon, 2:30p–5:30p. Each block is three hours — thirty minutes to arrive and ground your station, two hours of hands-on work, thirty minutes to close out. You cover each other for illness and vacation, and are paid for it.
$50.00 per hour, contracted — one block a day, three days a week, so nine hours and $450 a week, plus eight hours of paid training at the same rate. Built to sit alongside your own practice, not replace it. Additional hours open as accounts book, including weekend residential sessions in the ADA-accessible Mobile Wellness Suite.
Steady hands, unhurried attention, and the judgment to tell in the first ten seconds what a guest needs. Recent graduates are welcome. Training in somatic, Ayurvedic, or trauma-informed work is welcome and not required. What is required is steadiness — our two therapists cover each other, so dependability is the whole job.
We built this around one question: would my parents have accepted this care? Every session you give answers it.
No résumé needed to start. We will send you the schedule and what a block actually looks like.
